The completion of transactions of DNRD through self-service delivery to clients, without visiting the administration building or one of its service centers.

BARQ service allows you to flash the completion of transactions for the Department of Naturalization and Residency Dubai - without leaving your home or office. By the following steps:

· If you want to complete one of DNRD transactions, you can contact customer service center (Amer) at 8005111

· Customer service center will work on giving you all information needed (required documents, fees) to complete your transaction.

· Will be agreed with the client on the date and place of receipt and delivery of the required documents.

· Courier Company related to BARQ will contact the customer to ensure having documents assigned with customer’s signature and collecting documents.

· DNRD will work on completion of the transaction for the residence renewal automatically.

· BARQ Customer service agent will communicate with customer to deliver the transaction as completed, determining date and delivery.
