Description of Procedures
This involves description of procedures of General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs-Dubai to issue a departure permit for the sponsored of entry permits after expiration of his entry permit in case he entered or left the hospital
Applicant
Sponsor, Agent
Documents Required
1- Message from the hospital including the date he entered and left the hospital certified from the ministry of health
2- Copy of the passport
3- Providing a travel ticket, whereas no departure permits are issued until providing a travel ticket
Fees Required
120 AED fees of issuing a departure permit payable to the bank clerk at the department
Applicant Notices
1- No departure permits are issued unless providing a travel ticket
2- In case of entry to the hospital before the violation, the violator would pay the fees of departure permit issuance only
3- In case of entry to the hospital after violation, the whole amount of the fine would be paid(as a violator of the entry permit)
4- The departure permit is valid for 7 days starting from the day of issuance
