Mobile services 150
M-services 150 is available for Establishment and Individuals.
For Establishments:
1.1 Establishment users will be registered using ednrd.ae portal. While registering the users will have to pay certain amount at the time of registration.
1.2 Only the mobile number registered at the time of registration will be allowed to use the ussd services. (Establishment can provide maximum 4 mobile numbers)
1.3 DNRD will provide the Establishment a 4 digit pin code.
How to use the service:
1. Establishment user will have to enter 4 digit pin no (xxxx) and select language preference before proceeding.
2. The Establishment users will query the following services using Establishment no as identification parameters:
2.1 Number of people overstaying for the establishment
2.2 Establishment can query for the Entry permit
2.2.1 Visa Enquiry (Issued/under processed/ number of overstay days)
2.2.2 Entry/ Exit status.
2.2.3 E-form Application inquiry.
2.3 Residence Inquiry:
2.3.1 Residence enquiry (Issued/ under process/ number of days overstay)
2.3.2 Entry/Exit Status.
For Individual users:
For the time being the individual users will use the service without registration.
2.1 The individual users will query the following services using Eform Application number\ Visa Number as query parameter
2.1.1 Visa Expiry details for no of days left
2.1.2 Residence Issued / Under process / number of days overstay
