Issuing Short-term Entry Permit Visit (individuals) for period of (30) days

This involves description of the procedures followed at the department of issuing the entry permits for issuing an entry permit for individuals’ short visit for period of (30) days as of the date of entering the state. This permit is not renewable or extendable either the sponsor is UAE citizen or resident.

Required Documents:

1- Application Form of issuing short visit permit for period of (30) days prepaid through the E-form and signed by the sponsor including one photograph for the sponsored person. 2- Copy of sponsor’s passport (valid). 3- Copy of sponsored person’s passport (valid). 4- Documents prove the kinship. 5- Health Insurance 6- In addition to the aforementioned if the sponsor (resident) is: - Employee in Public sector. - Original and copy from the salary certificate. 7- Employee in the private sector: - Original and Copy from the employment contract. “8- partner or investor: - Contract of partnership of sponsor (partner) if: - His sponsorship for his first-degree relatives, provided that the amount of his share in the partnership shall be (70) thousands and above. - As for his sponsorship for his second-degree relatives and above, provided that his share in the partnership shall be (120) thousands and above. - Copy of the financial security - If his share in the sponsorship is less than (70) thousands, or the license is professional, the receipt of payment of amount of the financial security which is (20) thousands AED.

Fees:

1- (620) AED fees of entry permit for short visit (individuals) for period of (30) days through E-Form, distributed as follows: (500) AED federal fees (50) AED Local Fees (10) AED Knowledge fees (50) AED Online services fees (10) AED Services fees In addition to the above mentioned 2- (1020) AED financial security to be restored after the sponsored person leaves the state. (1000) AED refundable financial security. (10) AED local services fees (10) AED Bank Charges 3- Or (2020) AED financial security refundable after the sponsored person leaves the state. (2000) AED refundable financial security. (10) AED local services fees (10) AED Bank Charges

Additional Info:

There is ability to demand the m-visas through: 1- Default service (online) for some companies. 2- Printing application of E-form. This service is rendered against (20) AED as additional fees for printing the original copy of visa. The approval is received by SMS and email. 1- Validity of entry permit for short period of (60) days as of the issuance date, un-renewable. 2- Entry permit for short period of (30) days as of the entry date, un-renewable. The service shall be offered at the following sections to the building employees in charge only: 1- General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs-Dubai Um Suqaim Branch. 2- General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs-Dubai General Headquarter Branch -Dubai Police. 3- General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs-Dubai Municipality Clinic Branch. 4- General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs-Dubai Safa Clinic Branch 5- General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs-Dubai - Dubai Media City Branch. 6- General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs-Dubai- Dubai Financial Center Branch. 7- General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs-Dubai - Rashid Hospital Branch.
